In the era of knowledge economy,the knowledge staff plays a crucial role in thedevelopment of enterprise. A good incentive mechanism is helpful to attract and retain theexcellent staff. The salary management is a very important part of the enterprise inventivemechanism. Salary incentive plays a big role in stimulating the job motivation of the staffand strengthening the cohesive force of the enterprise.The article takes the S corporation as the object of study,analyses theoretically theknowledge staff’s salary system in the S corporation. During the research process,by takingthe salary theory and the drive theory as basis,analyzing the overall knowledge staff’scharacteristics and several salary patterns in practice,it makes a re-design to the Scorporation’s salary system in order to activate greatly the driving function of the salary tothe talented staff and impel the enterprise to develop sustainably.This article introduces the research background,goals,theoretical significance andpractical value; summarizes the knowledge staff’s characteristics,the salary theory and thedrive theory;gives a brief to the S corporation on the financial position,the marketconditions, the quality situation, the competitive edge and the human resource status. Thearticle is to find the problem by using salary theory in analyzing the S corporation presentsalary system, and to present a re-design to the existing salary systems in S corporation,based on the analysis.In summary, the salary design is made according to the company’s actual situation bygiving an overall evaluation of many kinds of factors. To proceed from the actual situation,to act according to objective law, the driving function of the salary must be activated greatly.
