| As an important part of national economy, the small and medium sized enterprises have been concerned by more and more experts and scholars coming from almost all the country in the world. And their studying points are mainly focusing on enterprises' clustering and financing, and few on its logistics. In this paper, the production logistics of small and medium sized enterprises in the field of electronic manufacturing have been singled out to be the studying target.First, such enterprises' place, peculiarity, cluster mode and developing condition in our country have been analyzed. Then place them in detailed business competition environment and study its business location in the supplying net and status in the whole competition environment. Finally, concentrate on its production logistics system, and bring forward the system's target. After studying the process of the material's flow, the author point out what should to do to optimize it. Basing on it, three kinds of problems have been analyzed and solved: First, the material flow's optimizing for one type. Adopt partially ordered diagram to draw the process flow diagram of product. Then use the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the Theory of Constraints (TOC) to optimize it. Two, the stream-line's quick shift for different type. Basing on the technology of Single Minute Exchange of Dies (SMED) and IE skills, the whole shift process has been decomposed to internal activity and external activity, change the internal activity to external one, and reduce the time of internal activity by improving the operation skills to shorten the whole exchange time. Third, the production line's WIP (work-In-Process) control. Between two production processes, a (K, N) control method has been used to get a lower cost. And the CONWIP (Constant Work-in-Process) method has been use to control the WIP in internal of the production process. And give some examples to verify it.Hope to give some help to corresponding enterprises. |
