Small And Medium-sized Clothing Manufacturing Enterprise Workshop Production Logistics Optimization

At present, the use of "single flow" and billboards pull in the system of the lean thoughtcan reduce the backlog of unsold existing, realize the effective logistics flow. But, most of thesmall and medium-sized clothing manufacturing enterprise is just a preliminary understandinglean thought, had been unable to use the methods of lean to optimize the production logisticssystem in workshop. This paper based on the workshop production logistics of HK clothingmanufacturing enterprise for research object. This paper used the methods of quantitativeanalysis, qualitative analysis and the application research. And combining the actualexperience in optimizing the workshop production logistics of HK clothing manufacturingenterprise, this paper made a comprehensive research about the thought of lean used in theworkshop production logistics optimization of clothing manufacturing enterprise. This paperdivided the HK enterprise workshop production logistics into production line of logistics andoutside production line of logistics, through the analysis of the workshop production logisticspresent situation, points out the existing problems.In the aspect of logistics optimization in workshop production line, apparel sewingproduction line balancing rate is low, logistics synchronization problem of poor, put forwardto adopt "single flow" lean thoughts optimized improvement, and select HK enterprise’srepresentative a particular garment sewing production line as an example, studied theproduction process and data calculation method, with the production line balance as the goal,set up the optimization model, ues the test algorithm to solve.In the aspect of logistics optimization in workshop outside production line, According toapparel material supply system transport chaos and in products accumulation of problem, thispaper made detailed analysis of the supply mechanism about the work piece and accessoriesin clothing enterprise, studied supply operation program, realize highly efficient and accurateof material supply.Finally, through the application of the above optimization method, obtained theoptimization results about the three aspects of the production efficiency, in-process inventory,handling efficiency. These results proved that the optimization of lean in workshopproduction logistics about small and medium-sized clothing manufacturing enterprise iseffective and feasible.
