Knowledge is the key resource in competitions of an enterprise, knowledge management is an important part of enterprise management. As an important link of knowledge management process, the knowledge transfer becomes the essential foundation of many organizations to construct the competitive advantage. Although inter-organizational knowledge transfer is the focal point heretofore, more and more experts and practitioners have moved their eyes to intra-organizational knowledge transfer recently, and have gained many findings. Social capital focus on firms' network resources, various scholars interested in network relationships have recognized knowledge management of networks and its link with competitive success. In many fields, the concept of social capital and knowledge management are gaining currency. Social capital affects the transfer of knowledge among organizational members, creates inter-organizational linkages for resource exchange that involve transfer and sharing of resources or knowledge among individuals and organizational units, and effectively integrates its resources inner. Through such linkages, organizational units can access other units' knowledge and learn from each other, thus stimulating the occurrence of common behaviors of employees and improving organizational performance. In this article, we will study the relationship between internal social capital and inter-organizational knowledge transfer.This study takes enterprises of Zhejiang province as sample, takes empirical research methods to analyze the influences of internal social capital on inter-organizational knowledge transfer. Based on the analysis on plenty of former theories, we also survey the different role of mediators (knowledge ambiguity, learning commitment) between internal social capital and knowledge transfer. Also the study analyzes the frequency of different transferring modes of knowledge during our employees' daily work. There are some significant conclusions which are the academic support for the enterprises to manage internal social capital and knowledge transfer. The main conclusions are as follows:1. Internal social capital has active influence on knowledge transfer.2. Knowledge ambiguity has a negative influence on the process of internal social capital impacts on knowledge transfer.3. Learning commitment has a positive influence on the process of internal social capital impacts on knowledge transfer.4. There are notable differences in transfer mode among individuals with different duty, different age or different education background.
