Since the 1980s, in order to adapt to the ever-changing market rules and science and increasingly developed technology, enterprises need to break the organizational boundaries and make full use of public resources for knowledge transfer across organizations in their steady and rapid course of development, they. However, with the trend of economic globalization and pay for knowledge, knowledge innovations within the enterprise are not sufficient to meet the requirements of developing itself, let alone the difficulty to achieve knowledge innovations. Under these circumstances,crowdsourcing comes into being. Crowdsourcing platform is a complex virtual community comprised of different individuals. In this crowdsourcing platform,individuals interplay with each other and form a complex network of relationships which in turn leads to social capital, thus making crowdsourcing becomes an important factor that cannot be ignored by users for knowledge creation and transfer.In order to enable enterprises to make full use of crowdsourcing and take advantage of the value of knowledge creation by public, based on a wealth of research literature,this article makes a deep research on the effect of knowledge transfer by taking the knowledge transfer in the crowdsourcing as the research entry point and theories of social capital as theoretical framework,thus contributing to enterprises' carrying out crowdsourcing successfully. When studying influencing factors of knowledge transfer,considering that crowdsourcing community is a relation network of close relationship,this article reanalyzes the influencing factors of structural dimension, the relationship dimension and the cognitive dimension of social capital in response to previous literature research and the actual situation of crowdsourcing. The author concludes factors of social capital related to the crowdsourcing, and draws up the knowledge transfer model of social capital in the crowdsourcing. At the same time, in order to determine the validity of knowledge transfer, the knowledge transfer intention in the theory of user behavior motivation is added as a mediator variable to the research model, and hypotheses of relationships between the variables in the model assumption are put forward through literature review.In the empirical research part, this article collects the data through questionnaires,and uses SPSS21.0 and AMOS 19.0 to analyze the reliability, validity, and hypothesis testing of the data respectively. The research shows that: 1) in the social capital structure dimension, the degree of interaction has a significant positive relationship with user knowledge transfer intention and knowledge transfer validity. 2) in the cognitive dimension, the knowledge distance has a significant negative effect on the validity of knowledge transfer, and has no significant influence on knowledge transfer intention. At the same time, the shared vision has no significant effect on both knowledge transfer intention and validity of knowledge transfer. 3) in the dimension of relationship, trust and reciprocity have significant positive effects on the intention and validity of knowledge transfer, while community approval only has a significant effect on transfer knowledge intention. 4) Knowledge transfer intention is positively related to the effectiveness of knowledge transfer. In addition, according to these conclusions, this article proposes strategies for the development of crowdsourcing, which can be used for reference to some degree.
