Now days, the competition becomes increasing fierce, and the key organizations and teams of the enterprises become increasingly important. The developments of the Team Theory meet the requirements of the business management, and it also promotes the development of the organization theory. Analysis the synergy mechanism of the teams and the overall effectiveness of the enterprise system are of important for the system to raise the resource utilization. Analysis the relationship of the team from the point of the wholeness can improve the effectiveness by the adjustment of the enterprise's structure.Analyze the stability among teams of the enterprise system based on the Logistic Analysis Model can help us understand the mechanism of the team development. Through the analysis above we can identify the state of the synergy mechanism and the total output of the organization; also we can get the output of every team. Through the date above we can confirm the degree of the synergy state and improve the efficiency.Based on the analysis of the synergy mechanism we studied the case to illustrate the synergy mechanism among teams. Also the improvement of the structure helped us to illustrate the two side of the scales in the synergy mechanism : Co-operation and competition. Through the Improvement of the organizational structure and the human resource structure can effectively guide the operation and the management of enterprise, which can also help the enterprise improve the effectiveness and the core competition.
