Analysis Of Heterogeneous Human-Capital's Impact On The Differences In Regional Economic Growth

Regional economic growth is an important part of the national economic growths.Different factors in different region such as geographical factors,element environment,history,system lead to different regional economic growth.As the time development,especially on the 21st century,after the agricultural,industrial time,the world has been put into the knowledge economy time,the influencing factors has been changed.Because knowledge is the important factor in the knowledge economy time,at the same time,the human creat knowledge,human is the carrier of the knowledge.So human capital become an important supporting point on the economic growth.Based on the different kinds of human capital play different and respective roles in the economic growth,human capital can be classified into three categories, namely,the general human capital,entrepreneur capital.Heterogeneous human-capital includes entrepreneur human-capital and professional human-capital. Professional human-capital is a special skill through systemic education and training,This human-capital create new skill,increase efficiency and accelerate economic growth.Entrepreneur human-capital is an important factor in achieving regional economic growth.American economist supports the point that:"the king of the economic growth is entrepreneur",entrepreneur improve regional economic growth through innovation,change the combined mode between different elements of production.On the knowledge economic time, heterogeneous human-capital always bring revolution effect to the regional economic growth.The paper is concerned with the analysis of the action of heterogeneous human-capital on regional economic growth through comparing the two similar,boomed economy provinces(JiangSu and ZheJiang),and study the different economic mechanism in the two provinces,it is a new attempt on the human-capital theory.Heterogeneous human-capital include entrepreneur human-capital and professional human-capital in this article,and there is no compositive,quantitable entrepreneur human-capital index,but choose the index which can reflects quantity and quality for the entrepreneur human-capital.Professional human-capital choose the persons over 15 in the local area the average length of education to weigh professional human-capital stock.Heterogeneous human-capital includes entrepreneur and professional human-capital,so the two different human-capital combination lead to heterogeneous human-capital integer level,and have different effect to the regional economy.Analysis prove that regional economy can keep last and fast development only it has abundant entrepreneur human-capital and professional human-capital.Analyses show,different heterogeneous human-capital lead to different growth pattern in JiangSu,ZheJiang provinces.JiangSu belongs to entrepreneur human-capital relatively rare but professional human-capital relatively abundance region.However,heterogeneous human-capital is abundant and professional human-capital is rare in ZheJiang province,system difference in the two provinces has played an important role expect the cultural difference.The two provinces must base on the actual foundation and foster and train the person with inter fix ability.
