A Study On The Impact Of Human Capital Stock And Structure On FDI In Shandong Province

Shandong Province as the eastern coastal area of our country economy and a large population,has an important influence on the development of China's economy,the driving factors that influence the economic growth of a country or a region including human capital and FDI,and there is a certain relationship between the two.Study on the effect of human capital in Shandong province and the structure of FDI,to provide the reference for the government of Shandong Province,to improve the human capital stock of human capital structure improvement and the introduction of high quality FDI,which is not only conducive to the economic development of Shandong Province,have a positive effect on China's overall economic development.This paper mainly studies the following documents,first reviews the literature on the interaction mechanism between human capital and FDI,and summarizes the influence of human capital on FDI inflow scale and location choice and the influence of FDI spillover effect on human capital.Secondly,it analyzes the development history and current situation of human capital and FDI in Shandong Province,and estimates the human capital stock and distribution structure of Shandong Province by using the per capita education period and human capital Gini coefficient method.The development process and utilization situation of FDI in Shandong Province are also carried out System analysis.And then through the establishment of the model to calculate and analyze the impact of Shandong Province human capital stock and distribution structure on FDI,in considering other factors remain unchanged,the analysis of professional human capital and entrepreneurial human capital on the impact of FDI inflows,and attempts Analyze the contribution rate of human capital to FDI growth.Finally,according to the results of empirical analysis and the actual situation in Shandong Province put forward the corresponding policy recommendations.Based on the data from 1995 to 2015,this paper makes a comprehensive empirical analysis on the impact of human capital on FDI in Shandong Province.In the given modelframework,the following conclusions are drawn: Shandong Province Human Capital The regional distribution of FDI and the distribution of industrial structure in Shandong Province have a certain degree of imbalance.In the empirical analysis,it is found that the human capital stock in Shandong Province has a greater effect on the impact of the distribution structure on FDI.,Human capital is the main factor affecting FDI,the correct understanding of human capital factors on the impact of FDI,effectively increase the human capital stock,improve the structure of human capital,the human capital of the human capital,The introduction of high-quality FDI inflows to promote the sustainable development of the economy of Shandong Province.
