A Study On Compensation System Of Functional Manager In Beika Corporation

The competition of enterprises are talents' competition at first. Talents' competition is a competition of talent's system after all, and the salary system is an important respect of talent's system. The salary is a very important and commonly used means to encourage and attract the staff. However, because of the influence of traditional management and the environment restriction both in inside and outside of enterprise, presently, compensation management in our country exists in a series of faults. Based on analyzing the compensation system of functional manager in Beika corporation, aiming at developing the function of salary motivation, this thesis use the theory of compensation management and salary motivation. And discuss several current hot topics about compensation management.In the first chapter, this thesis outline the purpose and significance of this study. Secondly, introduce related theories. Thirdly, briefly introduce the present condition of Beika corporation. The fourth and fifth chapter are the thesis's emphasis. Based on defining the functional manager, introducing the present condition of compensation system, including the principle of the salary system, position evaluation and salary structure etc; then analyzing the problems existing in this corporation and developing the future incentive compensation system; Finally, stating some problems that should be pay attention to in compensation system.This thesis aims at stating that enterprises should design effective and suitable compensation and motivation system, based on their own features and HR management characteristics to carry out the motivation function of compensation system.
