A Study On The Developmental Route Of Rural Area Finance In Inner Mongolia Under The Construction Of New Rural Area

The rural economics can not be separated from the financial support. However, in our country, the status quo of the rural financial system is no longer in support for the development of the rural economics. With the background of emphasizing the construction of socialistic new rural area, the rural financial development is faced with new requirements; these requirements include: to construct scientifically the rural financial system, to enhance the function of service, integrate the resources of credit loan capital used to support rural area, to smooth the way of investing the capital used to support rural area, to renew the management concepts, to create new financial products which are appropriate for the development of rural area, to increase the effectiveness of the credit loan capital usage. As a less-developed area, Inner Mongolia failed to achieve all these requirements. Therefore it is of great significance to study the actual financial developing approaches of Inner Mongolia.Based on foreign countries' experiences on the rural financial development, the author analyzed the construction of new rural area's requirements on the development of rural finance, and made a thorough analysis and illustration on the status quo of the rural financial development in Inner Mongolia and the existing problems in it. On the basis of the reference on the ways of developing the finance of the rural area abroad, the present paper analyzed the financial development of the Inner Mongolia mainly from the perspective of capital source. According to the concerning problems, the author concluded a series of solutions, including the emphasis on the creativity in the formulation of rural financial institution, perfection of the rural financial system, enhancement of the rural folk financial development, an income increase of peasant and the improvement in external environment of rural financial development.
