The engineering item will be inevitably subjected to the interference of indeterminate factor of various each kind in the process, and cause progress, quality and expenses to control's target to fail.Therefore it is necessary to strengthen the risk management. Because the work stage is long, the technique has high request, the construction is difficulty, and the spot construction condition and environment complicates, etc. These make the foundation pit engineering project be subjected to the influence with the indeterminate factor more easily, so it is more the crying need to strengthen a risk management.This text elaborats the concept of project risk completely.After doing detailed analysis to the characteristics of foundation pit engineering project's risks,the risks were put into categories.Through discussed the method of risk identification,the normal method of identification are further known.This paper also introducs the nomal method of risk evaluation,which are analyzed merits and faults and their utility aspects.After discussed above contents,this paper gives the detailed instruction on the fuzzy complex evaluation,and then combines the relevant konwledge of entropy theroies,putting forward the method of entropy and fuzzy complex evaluation in foundation pit engineering project,at last it has detailed analysis on a example by using this method.The project risk evaluation methods include qualitative analysis,quantitative analysis and the combination of the both, which is usually adopted to transfer the qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis by way of mathematical methods so as that project administrators could have an explicit view on the level of risks with the specific numbers.This paper applied the comination of fuzzy complex evaluation and entropy theory in risk analysis of foundation pit engineering project,which concerned the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis and made subjective estimate objective.This paper has mainly discussed the concrete application of entropy and fuzzy complex evaluation in foundation pit engineering project, and through charge example prove application prospect of this method,offering the method to adopt a correct attitude towards project risk to administrative staff of the project,hoping to guide practice with it.
