Therefore the demand of project about internet and communication industry gets stronger, how to evaluate projects which relate to the internet and communication industry effectively becomes a very important problem in practice.This thesis uses the basic project evaluation theories of modern project management, combined with the features and facts of internet and communication industry to assess the project .
