| Logistic center is the circulation node which integrated material flow, financing flow and information flow. It can improve the efficiency of logistics operations, improve logistics service quality, reduce logistics costs and achieve economies of scale of logistics operations. Railway transportation system is a very important part of Chinese transportation system, the establishment and development of railway logistics center not only play an irreplaceable role for the construction of efficient modern material flow system, but also provide broader space for railway transportation enterprise to develop new business fields and open up new VAS field.This paper bases on the research and development of both domestic and foreign logistics center and railway logistics center, explains the basic theory and planning methods of railway logistics center, clarifies the connotation of railway logistics center, and the main principles, contents and procedure of railway logistics center planning. Then, considers market analysis, strategic positioning, scale planning, layout designing and economy benefit analysis, proposes the planning method to build a railway logistics center.Jiang Yin railway logistics center located in the front of Jiang Yin port , which is a modern and comprehensive freight yard, centered by railway transportation and provides various logistics services like multimodal transport, storage, logistics distribution, distribution processing, logistics finance, information service and so on. As a very important node for the connection of shipping and transportation ,it will greatly speed up the development of Jiang Yin port , improve the efficiency of logistics operations and promote the economic growth of Fu Zhou city even Fu Jian Province. Based on the theory, this paper made a systematic analysis for its planning, and hoping this thesis research can further improve planning system theory and practice of railway logistics center. |
