A Study On The Planning Of Zhengzhou East Station's Modern Railway Logistics Center

Since the 1990s, with the development of economic globalization, the modern logistics business has grew quickly both at home and abroad. Especially, after China became a member of WTO, there is a more intensive procession of modern logistics developmen in the city of China. Traditionally, logistics is just a course of transportation, realizing the goods moving in the scale of time and spatial. However ,it is more importment for the modern logistics to meet the custom's variety and personality needs. The modern logistics integrate the whole course of the supply chain, through the activity of freight storage, mobilization and using the information, meet the needs of the customs .The development of modern society transportantion requires the fusing of information technology and transportation. Nowdays, the single service of railway freight transportation is a lack of attention to demands, and the operation of railway freight stations can not match the maker's need. It is necessary for railway freight stations to evolve the railway logistics centre.This thesis performes a systematic research on the operation and management of railway logistics center and brought forward the scheme of East Zhengzhou railway logistics center. The main research contents and conclusions are:1. Summarizing the foreign and domestic present research situation of railway transportation logistics and logistics center and railway logistics center, based on the research of freight station converting to the moden logistics , put forward the concolusion that the railway freight station must convert to the modern logistics center , and list the necessity and the advantage and disadvantage of constructing the railway logistics center.2. In the thesis, the flow chart of railway logistics center planning are presented, and put emphasize on the research of the computer management information system and customer satisfaction management.3. Based on actual situation, a systematic study on the establishment and management of East Zhengzhou railway logistics center is also perfomed in the thesis. The planning of East Zhengzhou railway logistics center put forward and analysis the current situation of East Zhengzhou railway freight station. Then, using the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation choose the way of the railway freight station converting to the modern logistics center. The computer management information system planning pose suggest in detail. The method of realizing transportant and distribution system, stock system and customer management syetem are emphasesed.
