| Hi-tech industry is the main direction of career-open investment. The hi-tech industry is developed broadly and fast with the support of national policy and frequent and efficient new career since the year of 80's last century. In order to push forward the development of the hi-tech industry, the government continually carried out kinds of policies in the field of investment and accomplished rules. This paper is mainly put eyes on effects of policies applied in innovation work in hi-tech industry.Through a brief study of innovative policy's content, catalogue and developing history, the paper focuses strictly on one kind of policy used in hi-tech innovative industry, that is, applied policy which belongs to resources and knowledge and overall innovative policy, both are the main object of china's innovative policy.As we all known, the government is trying efforts to strengthen the culture and capability of a brand new enterprise, by the ways of stimulus the innovative market, financial support, business information supplement and educations, including but not limited promoting cultural construction, lessening entry or move out barrier, to satisfy all kind of needs and demands of the innovative enterprises.This paper then presents the theory, mode, and method in policy estimation field, and takes all the factors as basis to estimate the effects of the innovative policy. The paper uses mathematics to structure the model of hi-tech innovative policy and try to build a index evaluated system. After a case study through the ways of measure the paper concludes the effect index and volume of china's innovative policy in different period of time. |
