As science and technology and economic develop rapidly, high-tech industries are increasingly becoming the driving force of modern economic growth, And government policies provide an important guarantee for the development of domestic high-tech industries. In order to develop high-tech industries better, It has become essential and urgent problem to address the role of policy and evaluate the high-tech industrial policy.Although the domestic and foreign scholars have already had extensive researchon on the question of the high-tech industry development, but the quantitative theory and demonstration analysis is little, the quantitative theory and demonstration analysis in the high-tech industrial policy is less.this text goes on a deep and comparatively comprehensive study to the evaluation of the police hi-tech industry of hebei from from the point of theory and demonstration analysis.At the basis of extensive research, the paper evaluated the high-tech industries in Hebei Province from the point of the time and space, using entropy method and fuzzy mathematics method; and the paper through panel analysis highlights the Government's role in the development process of the high-tech industries.on this basis, analyzed the policy transmission mechanism; next,the paper evaluated the police of the high-tech industry of Hebei province through industrial structure policy, industrial distribution policy, industrial organization policy, industrial technology policy separately; finally, This paper put forward policy recommendations on the basis of concluding the research results.
