With the rapid development of information construction, and the information systems integration projects getting bigger, and the number increasing, the difficulty of the building is ever increasing. Project manager play an important role in the success of the project. How to objectively assess the performance of the project manager will become increasingly important. At present, the research about the theory of performance evaluation is on the general sense of the organizational performance evaluation department (team) performance evaluation and individual performance evaluation. Specifically for the performance evaluation of project managers less, Specifically for integrated information systems project manager of the Performance Evaluation less.
