This thesis is a subject put forward under the background of fact that the competed with tourism destination marketing and the need of the construction of the destination marketing system. In 90's, along with the universal application of strong calculation and the end consumers' interests in Internet. The Internet brings the new chance for the destination marketing organizations, the destination marketing system emerges with the tide of the times. The destination marketing system which is regarded to have a development potential in the world is based on the computer technology, using the internet and conventional media as the terrace, synthesizing the database technology, multimedia technology, internet marketing technology to satisfy the needs of the consumers, combining the internet marketing and tourism consultant service, improving the image of the destination at the time of satisfying the needs of the tourists, and realizing the best possible results of the economy, society ,environment, as well as the commerce.This thesis makes the analysis of the behavior of tourists online information search in order to understand the current needs of the tourists, and introduce the advanced technology of semantic web to offer the specialized and all-around service to the tourists . Meanwhile, using the mobile technology to offer the convenient and personal travel information.This thesis involves destination marketing theory, database marketing theory, online marketing theory, consumer behavior theory, the information technology's influence on destination marketing .the thesis combines the theory and practice, gives a analysis of the construction of the destination marketing system based on the practical materials such as research data and literature.By analyzing the current tourists' behavior of information search, this thesis understand the problems of information search procession and set up a new semantic database to realize the initiative marketing during the information search procession. At the same time, the destination system cooperates with the mobile operator, bank, the local department to realize the cooperation of the local tourism economy and the maximization of the tourism income.
