This thesis is a subject put forward under the background of fact that the information and communication technology is developed rapidly and competed with tourism destination marketing. Tourism destination marketing system is recognized as the information technology infrastructure of destination marketing management at present, it can rely on the database to support many kinds of functions, apply customer's database and client-relation marketing, and development the merchant partner's cooperation, merge with the tourism administration and local enterprise effectively, it is thought to have potentiality of enormous development, and has already got positive popularization and use in the destination organization. With the development of our country's tourist industry during these years, the competition between tourism destination is fierce day by day, this get the new challenge to the tourism destination marketing under the information and communication technology, under this kind of background, the research of the tourism destination marketing system based on information and communication technology enters our studying the vision.The thesis involves tourism destination theory, tourism destination marketing theory, the impact of the information and communication technology to tourism destination marketing, transformation to the traditional tourism destination theory, the impact of information and communication technology to tourism destination marketing system, etc. The thesis is analyzed with network analysis; the theory and practice are regarded as equally important.Through analyze to relevant theory, this thesis draw a conclusion: tourism destination marketing system is a comprehensive system; it can change destination management, meet demands of tourists and tourist enterprise. Tourism destination marketing system is information infrastructure, which carry on communication and trade of all interest groups, including tourists, supplier, retail trader and destination management organization. Tourism destination marketing system should combine and coordinate all travel suppliers, offer the relevant information for tourists to choose,support the destination management at the same time. Tourism destination marketing systems are in many aspects and comprehensive, it supports the destination relatedly and interdynamically, unites all local supplier and interests group, and realizes local tourist economy's development. This will contribute to expanding the multiplier effect, will make the destination income maximize.
