With the continuous development of tourism informatization, Tourism destination information has become the active search content before people go to travel. Tourism destination management attempts to develop Tourism Destination Marketing Information System(TDMIS) to satisfy people’s growing demand of the tourism destination information, and affect tourists’ travel decision through the information supply and market marketing. Tourist attempts to query information, plan travel and book tourism products through TDMIS. Therefore, the research of tourist information needs, tourist determination and TDMIS, and the research of the construction of TDMIS based on the tourist information demand is very worthy of discussion.Paper mainly contains3major sections. Firstly, From consumer behavior science perspective, paper use a series of theoretical model of Tourism consumer behavior science to explain the status and role of TDMIS during the series of information transmission in tourism market, and explain the necessity of constructing TDMIS based on tourist information demand. This part mainly includes some tourism consumer behavior theories:the transition of tourism market information flow pattern, Tourism destination choice process theory model and Tourist consumption decision-making framework model. Secondly, paper use a series of case analysis to concludes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing tourist destination marketing information system in satisfy tourist information demands, this series of case includes18tourism destination information platforms, and the analysis is carried on by six views include the flow rate and user group, function structure, object types, features and system structure of platform. On the above basis, paper uses Structured system development method and a existing tourism destination marketing information system construction method to determine the building process and construct the TDMIS based on toursit information demand model. Then, paper use this model to evaluate the construction condition of Hangzhou TDMIS. Finally, with the basis of earlier studies, obtain the technical feasibility of construction of TDMIS based on tourist information demand and point out the lack and prospect of this research.
