This paper established a complex large-group decision making resolution and negotiation model by measuring conflicts on the basis of large-group clustering and conflicts measurement.The model is composed of large-group preference structure analysis,conflicts analysis and conflicts negotiation which will achieve consistent decision results quickly with the help of computers.This paper emphasizes the complex large-group's conflicts and negotiation in the process of fast decision-making and provides theory basis for fast decision-making support system.The main work in this paper is shown as follows:This paper transferred the single level large-group decision-making problems into double level small-aggregate decision-making problems in the way of large-group clustering by calculate similar matrix as well as clustering hierarchical diagram on the foundation of matrix similarity measuring model.It takes full advantage of conflict-measuring model to measure individual conflicting degree of complex large-group decision making,conflicting among clusters and comprehensive conflicting degree within large group.Meanwhile,it takes time conflicts,conflicting and information distortion constraints into consideration and build a multi-stage conflicting resolution and negotiation model on the base of incompletely fuzzy preference relation matrix under the background of traditional single-stage large-group decision making model with incomplete information.This paper proposed weight redistribution model on the basis of sequence difference in the process of conflicting digestion,defined related terms in the calculating process of sequence difference and developed a appropriate environment which is suitable for sequence difference weight redistribution model.It built mixed conflicting resolution model and realized fast conflicting resolution with multiple constraints which aims at testifying the feasibility that preference modification and weight redistribution can resolve conflicting based on the self-suitable environment.A simulation example was set to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed mode.
