With the development and improvement of Market Economic System, enterprises, as the principle parts in this system, play a more and more important role in the process of economic development. In this situation, an enterprise's position in the market and its influence with the market can not be measured only by such traditional norms as its size, while Analytic Hierarchical Process (AHP) has been gradually applied to the research on the enterprises'influence with the market. This method (AHP) is now important both in theory and in practice.In this paper, Analytic Hierarchical Process is systematically analyzed. On the basis of this research, a diagram of the enterprise's influence with the market is constructed. This diagram consists of three layers--- object layer, rule layer and scheme layer. The mathematical models of these three layers are composed to form a mathematical model of enterprises'market influence. And relevant computer programs are compiled and applied to a research on market influence of some large enterprises in Guangzhou. This research brought about a list of the main enterprises'market influence in Guangzhou.
