China is the second big country produced PVC and alkali in the world, but Chinese Chlor-alkali firms involve the problems such as low concentration and operation scale, backward technology. Xinjiang Zhongtai Chemical Co.,Ltd(XZCC) is located in the district of Xinjiang, with plenty resource such as coal and salt, with abundantly supplied of electricity, so possess a certain extend of advantage. XZCC is faced with the drastic competition alone with rapidly changing market d0mestic and abroad. How to be suitable for continuously changing market domestic and abroad, how to exploit its advantage, the establishing of the scientific developing strategy of the XZCC will promote the business competitive ability, maintain the survivorship and prosperity, and play the tremendous role to the equilibrium development of Chinese chlor-alkali industry and economy of Xinjing.This thesis with research object as XZCC, directing by the modern economic theory and business strategy theory, combining the theory and practice, with quantitative and qualitative analysis, put forward the development strategy and implement strategies of XZCC. The thesis uses the PEST methods and SWOT analysis to analyze the external environment of enterprise and industry, identity the strength, week, opportunities and threats. The thesis also raises the implement strategies of this developing strategy based the research above.
