Study On Assessing The Ability Of Enterprise Techonology Innovation

Gradually thorough the world economics integration degree strengthens along with the China market economy reform, enterprise' s environment had taken tremendous change, and the market competition has been more and more intense. Enterprises are facing increasing competitive pressures; there is an urgent need to improve the competitiveness of the enterprises. In the rapid advance of science and technology environment, the technology has become the key aspect with success or failure of enterprise market competition .So, the enterprise innovation ability becomes the important topic which the theory and the enterprise paid attention together.The article takes the A construction decoration limited company as an example, researches to improve the enterprise technology innovation ability. First, the article analyzes the domestic and foreign present research situation of technology innovation, the enterprise technology innovation ability and its evaluation. Then, with the construction decoration enterprise union, studied the enterprise technology innovation ability connotation, the characteristic, the content, the appraisal target system, evaluation and so on. Once more, takes the A construction decoration limited company as the example to carry on the real diagnosis analysis. By AHP evaluation, this paper founds that the technological innovative capabilities of the enterprise are very strong in innovation implementation capacity and other capabilities, but that are very feebleness in innovation in-put capacity and innovation management capacity .Fourthly, takes the strategy as the instruction, analyzes the enterprise innovation ability in the aspect with superiority and insufficiency, and puts forward the counter measure proposal.
