| In the background of globalization and knowledge economy, the regional economy development model has been changed from traditional development model taking capital and labor as core resources to development method taking knowledge and technology as core resources, which stresses the importance of knowledge,technology and other components as well as the necessity of innovation. Regional innovation network development model has come out accordingly, which makes research on regional innovation network become hot topics among governments and academia.This paper firstly summarizes origin of innovation theory as well as researches innovation network development both at home and abroad, based on which, it makes research on innovation network in Jinchang city from three aspects, including analysis of microscopic innovation organizational elements, analysis of chain network structure in Zhongguan park and macro-regional analysis. By collecting material based on questionnaire, microscopic research introduces concept of regional innovation network connectivity, analyzes relationship between innovation main enterprises and related enterprises, suppliers, clients, government, agencies, university research institutions and other elements within innovation network, the stronger of connectivity is, its connection with other innovation subjects within the region is more closer.Medium research adopts matrix and social network analysis, constructs industrial chain network in Jinchang city by summarizing interview questionnaire data, draws innovation network structure with UCINET software, calculates network size,network density and network centrality and makes systematic analysis of structural characteristics of industrial park. On one hand, describe enterprise cooperation network structure of each industrial zone and on the other hand, confirm the leading position of core business within network.With the strategic orientation support of our country to regional innovation,regional innovation ability has become the core of regional competitiveness. Macro research starts from regional innovation network and innovation ability, which makesscientific and reasonable determination for operation effect of innovation network structure. Based on research on regional innovation ability report, this paper constructs evaluation system from investment of innovation resources, knowledge innovation, enterprise innovation, innovation environment and economic benefits give aspects; confirms index weight of each level with adoption of analytic hierarchy process and finally gets comprehensive index of regional innovation ability with blurred comprehensive evaluation model. Researches show that the innovation ability of Jinchang city stays between middle and stronger level and it needs further optimization.Finally, propose corresponding suggestions for stabilizing innovation network structure and improving regional innovation ability based on development status and existing problems of innovation network in Jinchang city. |
