Study On Technological Innovation Ability Evaluation Of Construction Enterprise

As a pillar industry, construction industry has made a great contribution on China’seconomic and social development. However, the technological innovation level is lowercompared to developed countries, how to improve the technological innovation capabilityis the key issue we face. Enterprise is the subject of technological innovation, they can beaware of their technological innovation level and identify the direction to effort which isvery important by building a scientific and rational technological innovation abilityevaluation system. Therefore, the study on construction technological innovation abilityevaluation is of important theoretical and practical significance.Firstly, it sorts out the status of enterprises technological innovation capability basedon previous studies; secondly, it has a detailed analysis for the technological innovationcharacteristics of construction enterprises, based on these characteristics it puts forwardthe elements of technological innovation ability including innovative corporation,innovative input and innovative output, then base on above, it builds technologicalinnovation ability evaluation index system and selects the factor analysis method as ameasure method; Finally, it conducts empirical research on Hubei province’s constructionenterprises using SPSS software and draws a conclusion that enterprises which are strongtechnological innovation ability have a significant advantage in the capital, personnel andequipment inputs and corresponding a good output effect, and cooperation innovationintensity of the weak enterprises is relatively large, according to the conclusions it putsforward four proposals including setting up reasonable technological innovation strategies,strengthening technological innovation investment, enhancing the cooperation andinnovation level and reinforcing intellectual property protection.
