Analysis And Building Of ERP Public Service Platform For Mid. & Small-scale Enterprises

It is indispensable to introduce Enterprises Administration Information System in the process of the development of the medium and small enterprises. Since these enterprises would like to consummate their internal management level and struggle against external marketing competition. However it is difficult for these enterprises to realize information system, since there are no perfect environments, which includes enterprises' demand environments, facilitators' supply environments and governments' aidant environments.The author has a systemic research in these three environments and builds a Medium and Small Enterprises ERP Public Service System to offer solutions for enterprises, facilitators and governments.First of all, the author expounds the relationship between information system and enterprises system innovation. Secondly, according to the status of domestic enterprises and overseas development, the author clarifies the signification of the EPR management and restricted factors in implementing it. Then the author focuses on the enterprises' environment construction, which includes how to lead enterprises to the information system and facilitators to offer effective products and services. The author also introduces design instructions and training systems of 'Sandbox Training of Enterprises Administration' and 'Simulation Experiments of Enterprises'. Finally, the author summarizes ERP Public Service System.The objective of this paper is to table a proposal that governments should communicate society to build medium and small enterprises ERP Public Service System to improve information environment and basic instruction, which will finally meet the needs of the medium and small enterprises' information development.
