demonstration with the construction of ecological civilization, which marks the Yangtze River Economic Zone officially rose to national strategy. With the development of industry and agriculture in the Yangtze River economic belt, the ecological environment of the region will be seriously affected. The ecological security of the Yangtze River is related to the overall situation, should be in accordance with the requirements of scientific development, deal with the relationship between development and protection,to avoid the transfer of pollution caused by industrial transfer. How to evaluation of urban ecological competitiveness of the Yangtze River Economic with the relationship between development and ecology, avoid pollution transfer from industrial transfer,to enhance the ecological competitiveness of the city,in the Yangtze River economic development process to explore the new path of ecological civilization is the Yangtze River Economic Zone is facing a major issue. This paper takes 11 provincial capitals of Yangtze River Economic Zone as the research object, and analyzes and studies the urban ecological competitiveness from the following several parts. The first chapter is introduction. In this chapter, the problem of urban competitiveness is brought forward, analyzes the necessity andsignificance of research, and explain the relevant concepts. The second chapter:Research review and related theories.Mainly through the analysis of relevant research literature and theoretical basis,so as to have a preliminary understanding of the current situation and theoretical basis of urban ecological competitiveness.Chapter 3:Overview of the study area. The selection of the study area is briefly described, and the basic situation of the 11 capital cities of the Yangtze river.Chapter4:Establishment of evaluation system of urban ecological competitiveness. From the"five in one" perspective, the natural subsystem, the economic subsystem, the social subsystem as the standard layer, water, soil, gas, raw and ore "five one",production, circulation, consumption, reduction,Five indicators ",such as" five in one ",population, human rights, human rights, humanities and humanities, are used as indicator layers to establish the index system and use entropy weight method to determine the index weight. On this basis, the comprehensive evaluation model is used to estimate the ecological competitiveness of the provincial capital city of the Yangtze River economic belt.Chapter 5: Comparative study on urban ecological competitiveness of 11 cities in Yangtze River Economic Zone.On the basis of establishing the model and establishing the index system, the paper analyzes the ecological competitiveness of the provincial capital cities of the Yangtze River economic belt and makes a objective analysis and analysis.Chapter 6: Conclusions and prospects.Pointing out the shortcomings of the article, and clear future research direction. The main conclusions of this paper are: The ecological competitiveness of provincial capitals in Yangtze River Economic Zone is from strong to weak in order:(1)Changsha> Hangzhou> Nanjing> Wuhan> Shanghai> Guiyang> Kunming>Chengdu> Nanchang> Hefei> Chongqing.Among them, the urban ecological competitiveness of Changsha city belongs to the first grade. The urban ecological competitiveness of Hangzhou belongs to the second grade. The urban ecological competitiveness of Hefei and Chongqing belongs to the fourth grade. The other 7cities of the city's ecological competitiveness are belong to the third grade. It can be seen that the overall urban ecological competitiveness is at the middle level.(2)The economy is the biggest positive factor to enhance the urban ecological competitiveness of the Yangtze River economic belt. The economic subsystem evaluation of 11 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Zone is basically the same as that of the urban ecological competitiveness evaluation. In the future,we should further accelerate economic development, continue to optimize and upgrade theindustrial structure,at the same time,we must take into account the natural and social development,in order to promote the Yangtze River economic belt urban ecological competitiveness level rising.
