First of all, the paper summarized the former research based on the related definition of concept, the classification of flexibility and dimensionality, and finally gave the opinion about these which showed the flaw of current research methods.Next the paper gave the influence factor of high technology Enterprise's organization flexibility and their internal influence mechanism and created the evaluation system of high technology Enterprise's organization flexibility. Based on the evaluation system of high technology Enterprise's organization flexibility, first of all, the organization structure flexibility was evaluated by the method of management entropy and then made the compare between different organization structures which can expatiate on the grade of its flexibility through organization structure and the efficiency of information influence. However, the former method is not comprehensive, so the paper chose another method which is based on the multilayer blurry math method and is more systematical, comprehensive and objective.In demonstration analysis, the paper evaluated the organization structure flexibility of Lenovo Group in different periods by the method of management entropy form which it can be known that the confusion degree and the information flow efficiency are the key factors that influences the organization flexibility. Based on this method, the development process of the Lenovo was well explained. After the analysis of the different organization flexibility in the different period, the paper evaluated the organization flexibility by the multilayer blurry math method which is more comprehensive. The result showed that the flexibility level of Lenovo Group is good.
