Study On Problems And Strategies Of Urban Village Reconstruction In Yandu District Of Yancheng City

Yandu district of Yancheng city is located in the southwest part of the main urban area.In recent years,with the rapid expansion of the city,regional planning has been constantly adjusted,industrial transformation has been heating up,and major social conflicts have been changing day by day.The village in the city has become an important obstacle to urban development.Therefore,the study of urban village reconstruction is in line with the urgent need of building a modern city in Yandu district.Although some achievements have been made in the academic research on the reconstruction of urban villages,there are many conflicts caused by improper government behaviors in practical work,so it is necessary to study this issue.This paper takes the reconstruction of urban villages in Yandu district,Yancheng city as the research subject.Starting from the government-led perspective,this paper sorts out the relevant concepts,models and basic theories of the reconstruction of urban villages by domestic and foreign scholars,and mainly summarizes the behaviors and functions of the government in the reconstruction of urban villages.Combined with the concrete behavior of local governments in Yandu district,using the research method of literature analysis and field survey for planning,demolition and social management problems of in-depth study,analysis it is concluded that the government lack of prospective to the urban development as a whole,the lack of long-term measures for the modification of the demolition,the lack of social management to dynamic etc.Combined with the specific situation of the Yandu district,through integration,use for reference the experience of mature areas,to explore the role of government in the transformation,and puts forward the integration of various resources,insist on sunshine demolition,to strengthen the construction of service government work,such as,for Yandu district of Yancheng city,and other similar areas in the city of government-led urban village transformation provides the strategies for reference.
