Investigation And Analysis Of Agricultural Sustainable Development Status For Guangan City

Guangan city,which is in the east of Sichuan,is an important and traditional agriculture area in Sichuan province.Because it founded for a short history,its urban construction foundation and economy are undeveloped.In the process of implementing the western development and promoting the industrialization and urbanization,its agriculture has been fast developed.We must scientifically appraise the city's unique region conditions and social economic foundations and enhance to adjust and optimize agricultural internal economic structures to determine the reasonable industrial development system and track sustainable development path.On the basis of the domestic and foreign researches,taking the regional economics, the ecology and the correlation theories of sustainable development as a guide and using quantitative and qualitative combination methods,the research has synthetically analyzed the conditions and changes of Guangan agricultural sustainability from 1997 to 2006 years. The conclusion was Guangan agricultural sustainable development situation is in a good trend,but the overall level was still much lower.So the sustainable development condition is unoptimistic.In 1997 and 1998 the agricultural sustainable development was at the very bad condition.In 1999,2000,2001,2002 and 2003 were in a poor state.In 2004, 2005 and 2006 were at the medium condition.From the overall trend,starting with 2004 Guangan agricultural sustainable development condition started to face the good direction to develop,but the aggregate level was still lower.As a result of effective implementation of the western development and effective execution of many special operational policy measures,Guangan economic and society were gradually promoted toward healthy Direction.The ecological environment effectivly improved and the agricultural sustainable development faced the benign direction to develop.By using AHP analysing Guangan city's agricultural population,economy,society, environment and resources sustainability,the article comprehensively researched the agricultural sustainability and found out the first ten affected factors,which in turn is:"rise rate of farmer average per person net income","average per person GDP","forest coverage rate","average per person amount of grain","average per person cultivated area", "population density","land productivity","agricultural GDP","agriculture labor productivity" "agricultural middle consumption rate".The subsystems influence functions in turn is:Agricultural economy sustainable development,agricultural resources sustainable development,rural population sustainable development,agricultural society and environment sustainable development.Therefore,first Guangan should vigorously develop the economy,attach importance to the agricultural production,adjust agricultural production structure,speed up the spread and application of new breeds and technology, enhance science and technology content and intensive processing degree of crops to raise the farmer income level.Next,we should attache great importance to reasonably use the resources and especially enhance forest coverage rate.Again,we should control the population growth and improve the human making.Finally,we should protect the environment and improve the countryside infrastructure to advance the quality of farmer life.
