| Based on the theory of development and management of human resource, a research method, which involves the investigation, mathematic modeling and literature reviewing, is applied to analyze the present situation of compensation system of Shtar Science & Technology Group. In addition, the effect of the internal and eternal enterprise environment of nation on the compensation system design is studied. By the work of data statistic over the past three years and analysis of the questionnaire for employees in the group, the problems of compensation system existed in the group are analyzed.Following the 11th five-year development strategy of the group and on the background of Sustainable development, the qualitative and quantitative methods involving the analysis of structure of compensation of employees.Then the compensation system model of strategy is suggestted. Additional in the way of structural designation design the block of salary grade , annual salary system, performance salary system, bonus salary system and special salary system.At last The compensation system of Shtar Science & Technology Group scheme,problem may appearred and supporting system are given. The compensation system of Shtar Science & Technology Group scheme can attract and firmly staying talent person, stimulate an employee and realize win-win of enterprise and employee.The thesis advanced and quantized some objectives and schemes. Moreover the suggestions involving managing the compensation system in a scientific and standardized way, and drawn the compensation system model of strategy and the way of structural design of compensation system, which provide the support for sustainable development of the group. The conclusions drawn from the study can be used to help planning compensation system of the oil refinery and petrochemical enterprises in China. |
