The subject of this thesis is on one of the important researching fields of the project supported by the State's Natural Science Foundation "Research and Development of the Evaluation System on Manufacturing Industry's Green Products" (NO.70472034). Manufacturing industry, as China's pillar industry, creates rich material wealth but also consumes massive resources and produces plentiful castoff. It has become the main source of resource depletion, ecology deterioration and environmental pollution. Since more and more people attach importance to the green manufacturing mode which is based on the concept of sustainable development, how to establish green products' evaluation index system, to confirm evaluation process and methods have become the basis of green manufacturing mode implementation. The evaluation of manufacturing industry's green products is a multi-objectives and multi-attribute complex evaluation process which is related to knowledge of many scientific realms. The key of this green product's evaluation research is the evaluation index system, restriction standard, cost-benefit analysis, evaluation methods, and optimization of the green products under the satisfying condition.Based on the analyses of home and foreign literature, this thesis firstly analyzes the relationship between the product and the environment in its various stages of lifecycle, on the basis of which a systemic, general, reconstructable green products' evaluation index system which is in conformity to the synthetical evaluation requirement is constructed, and an evaluation standard which regard the reference product as green product is proposed. Thereafter in accordance with the concept of integration evaluation, a products' integration evaluation process which incorporate such things as uniformity test, "green" cost-benefit analysis, hierarchical synthetical evaluation, and optimistic evaluation is designed. Then, on the basis of the existing home and foreign analysis on green products' evaluation methods, in combination with different targets and traits of each integrate evaluation stage, and in accordance with the evaluation integration method, the product integration evaluation method is constructed: to solve the problem of crucial index having little influence on the evaluation result by using lump-sum test; to guarantee the product profit of the enterprise by cost-benefit analysis which is based on the theory of product lifecycle; to select satisfying green products from the eligible ones by Fuzzy-AHP method; to determine the optimistic products from the satisfying green products by using the coordinated analytic method which is based on compromise principle. Finally, procedure and methods of the green product integration evaluation will be demonstrated in detail through an actual case of green production of washing-machine. Also, some suggestions will be put forward in conformity with the present development of the green manufacturing industry at the end of the thesis.This thesis makes the evaluation more objective and comprehensive through modification of green products' index system and the establishment of reference product. The establishment of multi-stage green products integration evaluation process also makes up the former deficiency in the link of the product evaluation process. In addition, the multi-level integration evaluation method is a beneficial supplement to the existing evaluation method, which increases the accuracy in the judgment and selection of the green product for the enterprise. The result of this research can be used for reference on the establishment of the theory and method system of the green products evaluation in manufacturing industry. Also, it helps to carry out the green manufacturing pattern and upgrades the green quality of the products in manufacturing industry.
