Developing county economy is the key point to resolve the "three agriculture " problems, and is an important mission to build the Well-to-do society. Therefore, studying county economy has an important theoretic and practical significance.Wei Shan County is a typical agricultural county, which has representative characteristic of Chinese duality structure in urban and rural economy. With the abundant natural resources such as water, mineral , tour and the convenient regional traffic conditions, the economy of Wei Shan County develops lasting and fast and has develops a series of industry such as tour, aquaculture, and superior industry. But there are still a few of problems in Wei Shan County economic growth such as: slow speed of industrial restructure and the optimization course, low agricultural industrialization degree, insufficient ability in processing the products from the Wei Shan Lake, uncompleted Wei Shan Lake tour plan and nonstandard management, and slow transfer of the rural labor. All these problems have affected the development of Wei Shan County economy significantly.With the experience OF southern Jiangsu , Shou Guang, Wen Zhou , Jin Cheng and Yi Wu county economy development, according to the problems in the development of Wei Shan County economy, and in the basis of determining the overall program of Wei Shan County economy, we proposed the measures and suggestions based on the following four aspects: achieve lasting development of regional economy, relief the imbalance of Wei Shan rural and urban development, improve the degree of industrial agriculture, and accelerate the development of Wei Shan tour scientifically. Wei Shan County is a case in the prompt development of economy stage, studying the problem of its development, and find the counter-measures for developing Wei Shan county economy, will produce great value and significance in summarizing the experience in county economy development.
