The Research Of Operation And Management Of Farmers Professional Cooperation

"Three Rural Issues" in the process of China's modernization is the basic problem, which has a bearing on building of a socialist harmonious society in China's social development and a series of major issues. Building a new socialist countryside, is a significant decision of the party Central Committee in the new historical period at the big picture, focusing on the long term, advancing with the times to make the major decisions. The key of the building of a harmonious society, is to effectively solve "Three Rural Issues", the core of "Three rural issues" is the issue of farmers, and the core of the farmers' is how to increase their revenue income., in order to increase the income of peasants, farmers must be organized to vigorously develop various types of professional farmers cooperatives, leading the farmer to become rich.This paper taking professional cooperatives to farmers as a start, studies the role and significance of it in-depth in promoting the building of a new socialist countryside, this paper learns from experiences of international agricultural cooperation, reviews and summarizes practical experience of China's agricultural cooperatives ,analyzes the development and operation status. Reaches the conclusion of the study: farmers professional cooperatives not only provide a new way of thinking, new approaches and new models to solve the problems such as rural economic structure is not good enough, agricultural market is not so strong, and farmers income has stagnated and other issues, but also contributes to the advancement of rural democracy-building, improvement of rural governance, transformation of the economic structure, and breeding of new socio-economic system. After case study of Flowers and trees association of Hedong district in Linyi and Chestnut cooperation association of Pingyi, proposing the further consummates of the farmer specialized cooperative society internal movement mechanism of Linyi city, establishing the perfect self-development mechanism, strengthening the support of policy, optimizing the external environment of the farmer specialized cooperative, carrying out "The law of Farmer Specialized Cooperative " and so on , this paper parts forward strategies and suggestion for developing and improving rural specialized cooperative and provide the theoretical basis and factual basis for other areas.In this paper, various methods are used: unifyresearch technique of qualitative analysis and quantitative investigation, case and comparative analysis are used in the elaboration process ,based on authentic and reliable information after depth investigation and study , carefully analysis the survey data, summarizes the problem in Farmers professional cooperatives, and in view of Linyi's various rural specialized cooperative development situation, unifying the farmer specialized cooperative society movement and the management correlation research of domestic and foreign, proposing suggestion of developing the farmer specialized cooperative.
