Research On The Management Mode Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives

The transformation and upgrading of agriculture in Guangxi and the reform of agricultural development mode are the inevitable demands for the increasing cost of land,manpower and agricultural production data in the present area.Extensive agricultural production in the past has not been able to meet the needs of the people today for the quality and safety of agricultural products.At present,China is carrying out the reform of the supply side of agriculture,and one of the important goals of reform is to promote the development of new business entities.Farmers' professional cooperatives are one of the main bodies of new agricultural management.The standardization,commercialization and branding of agricultural products can be realized in farmers' professional cooperatives.The reform of the agricultural supply side creates good opportunities for the development and change of the farmers'professional cooperatives in promoting farmers to increase production and income,and eliminate the unequal dialogue between the farmers' individual and the market economy.In recent years,the farmers' professional cooperatives in Guangxi have made great progress,but there are some common problems:the poor profitability of the cooperatives,the imperfect organization structure,the uneven quality of agricultural products,the lack of bargaining power of the products and so on.All these problems are all in the final analysis of the problems of the organization and management of the cooperatives.Through related literature and field research,this paper combs out the problems existing in the operation process of farmer professional cooperatives' organization and management mode.Through the analysis of the survey data and the combination of principal component analysis and factor analysis,the main factors that affect the operation of the cooperative organization management are judged.Secondly,the cooperative cooperative of good organization and management model in the sample is analyzed.The main results are as follows:1.The organization structure of most of the cooperatives is not perfect.There are no departments responsible for the introduction and development of technology,lack of marketing departments,lack of market perception,lack of special financial departments to lead to accounting confusion,lack of unified agricultural procurement departments can not guarantee production needs,lack of executive organization decision-making bodies.2.The scale of the cooperative,the mode of the cooperative decision,the modern production technology of the cooperative,the profit distribution mechanism of the cooperative and the management dimension of the co-operatives are interconnected and restricted among the five,and the key factor of the establishment and operation of the cooperative organization management model.3.Case analysis of good operation cooperative.It has a perfect organization structure:established the stable play of the technical department guarantee technology.The marketing department of the sense of smell will feed the market change back to the cooperative management in time,make the adjustment in time,and then ensure the profit of the cooperative.At the same time,the technical department of the cooperative has established a stable relationship with the universities and Academy of Sciences,so as to ensure the continuous updating of technology.4.Suggest that the principle of co-operative establishment should be carried out in accordance with the risk sharing,actively maintaining the interests of the members of the society;the organizational division of the cooperatives is clearly divided and streamlined;the professional training of the members of the co-operatives should be regularly trained to improve the scientific literacy of the members of the society;the government departments regulate and supervise the related policies of the cooperatives,while the government departments are in the cooperative organization.The development plan and the design of organization system should be guided.The results of this study will help to accurately grasp the problem of organization and management in the farmers' professional cooperatives,and provide useful guidance for the establishment of a good organization and management model of farmers' professional cooperatives in practice.
