Research Of Enterprise Ecological Culture In Ecological Civilization Construction Context

The corporate culture is the soul of an enterprise. During the change of industrial civilized society to ecologically civilized society, modern enterprise must integrate the concept of ecological civilization into it’s corporate culture to form ecological cultural consciousness. Shanxi is a big resourceful province, coke chemical industry occupies very big weight in the national economy of our country, and it is the major source of ecological and environment problem in Shanxi. But Shanxi Lubao Group whose main business is coke industry, pay attention to ecological environmental construction for a long time, and it forms ecological cultural consciousness. This is unusual in coke enterprise. This paper makes Shanxi Lubao Group as a typical enterprise for research, tries to depth analyses the eco-cultural construction of the enterprise.Through interview and investigation on Shanxi Lubao Group we found the reason why this enterprise can be a typical enterprise in the aspect of ecological environmental construction. It was because, for a long time, the enterprise pay high attention to ecological environmental construction, the staff had strong concept of ecological civilization, local government made an efficient control on the environment of enterprise, the enterprise selected it’s technology from the height of limited resources. Through interview and investigation we found ecological culture of the enterprise mainly embody in three aspects, morality, system and technology. The ecological moral culture mainly embody in enterprise and society, in the value formed by ecological environment and standard of behavior; the ecological system culture mainly embody in7basic principle established by institutional system, enhance competitiveness, sustainable development, rational utilization of power, save oriented and whole staff participation, optimize structure depend on science and technology, minimum consume and maximum benefit, energy-saving investment have priority; the ecological technological culture mainly embody in the principle technological choice process of three aspects, save resources, save energy and emission reduction.Through analysis on Shanxi Lubao Group, we thought ecological concept should be guided into enterprise culture in the development of modern companies, and forming enterprise ecological self-consciousness. It was to the benefit of transforming enterprise development pattern, establishing good corporate image, working positively on green barrier of world market, applying the Scientific Outlook on Development. To forming enterprise ecological cultural self-conscious-ness, we must strengthen leader’s ecological consciousness, mobilize the masses and everyone involved, strengthen ecological educatoin of the staff, establish enterprise ecological manage-ment system and enterprise ecological evaluation system. To forming enterprise ecological cultural self-consciousness, we should make efforts in the following three aspects, making ecological moral culture as the soft tie, making ecological system culture as the hard tie, making ecological technological cultural construction as power, to build enterprise ecological cultural system. Furthermore, in the process of forming enterprise ecological cultural self-consciousness, the government should provid active support and efficient control.
