Enterprise Business Model Design And Innovation Research

All enterprise organizations have a set of target system and measures for the sake of existence and development, this is the business model. In the practice of competition, more and more high level managers in enterprises have realized clearly that there is a special and feasible enterprise business model (BM) behind every strong transnational corporation, which has become the key point for these corporations in the market competition. Because of the distinctness of view, researcher lacks the united cognition to the definition and theories of the business model, it hasn't formed a unified and relatively intact theoretical framework of the study on BM, and there are still many theoretical vacancies in this field. Based on that, we try to search for the BM design and BM innovation in this article, and find out the general laws hidden behind the complex phenomenon in order to guide Chinese enterprises to achieve the successful innovation of BM.This author puts forward the concept of BM first base on the foundation of existing study result, and defines the character of BM; this author establishes the basis of EBM design though bringing forward the element of BM. This article applies the related theories of the economics and administrations to explain comprehensively the mode of formation mechanism and the function mechanism.Then, the author makes use of the Dimensions theory to establish the dimensions model, the author also built up an integrated business model structure system, which provide an angle of view and a tool of BM research. The article analyses the present condition of enterprise innovation and the commonness of BM innovation, the author puts forward the framework of BM innovation, and probe into the way of three BM innovation styles, meanwhile, the author offer five strategies of BM innovation, the enterprise can make a choice for the sake of its development according to its condition. Along with the complex of competition and the upgrade of cooperation, the article prospect the development trend of BM, and figure that the enterprise business ecological system is the future of BM.
