The Research On Hub And Spoke Model Apply In Northeast Logistics Network

With the economic development of Northeast,the logistics industry of this area has changing a lot.It not only brings lots of opportunity,but also requests a higher standard on this industry s macro planning.Now,though the northeast has plenty of natural resources,developed transportation network,powerful industrial enterprises,but the defect of overall planning caused logistics operation imbalance in the whole network structure.Then unified concept,build complete logistics network,make sure the aim and building step,these are all important methods to solve the problem on planning of network.This paper introduces hub and spoke model,the well used in airplane area has good reference to build logistics network.At the same time,on the basis of original model,I introduce four derivative model,they are core region network,towns of Dumbbell network,multiple nuclei network,corridor type network.Compared these four types,at last I select the most suitable model--multiple nuclei network.Under the situation that the macro frame is decided,the grey cluster analysis is used in this paper to define the micro process--selecting the logistics node.By defining the original albino function,I evaluate eight aspects,it includes GDP,gross retail sales of consumer goods,per capita GDP,the percentage of the second industry and the third industry and so on.At last,I got the clustering right by albino function,and then define the scale of each logistics city.By using these computation,we could know the developed order of each logistics city under the logistics network planning,and make sure the important aspect,avoid redundant construction,urban development not feature,the logistics network did not work well,and this will afford the future development opportunity to northeast logistics network. This paper remark a few suggestions to northeast logistics network in the aspect of operation,it include the coordinate of logistics network;the enterprise developed with logistics network;intensify efforts to build a unified information platform,through these suggestion,the inner power will be great changed,actively cooperate with regional business development,I think it is much better to each other.At the same time, the logistics industry will join together by information platform.I believe the construction of northeast network will do the contribution to the whole area of northeast; furthermore,it is better to the country' s industrial restructuring.
