Logistics network is fundamental for logistics enterprise, how to reinforce the corecompetence of logistics industry through improving Logistics network become a hot topicunder the background of developing logistics industry by the government. Today Chineselogistics industry was rapidly developing, small size as well as dispersed distribution, sothe hub-and-spoke logistics network would do great help to collaborate logistics resource,improve efficiency and reduce cost for Chinese logistics industry. The multimodaltransport could make contribute to reduce the network cost, and it would expand theadvantage of hub-and-spoke logistics network.On the basis of situation of domestic and overseas, this article introduces the basicconception and type of hub-and-spoke logistics network, then analyses the Common modelof hub-and-spoke logistics network, and discuss the application of multimodal inhub-and-spoke logistics network. The paper also introduces the conception of transfer line,and builds the model of multimodal hub-and-spoke logistics network on the basis ofeconomies of scale and cost structure, and further up uses Lingo programming to verify theaccuracy of the built model. Further, this study designs an Artificial Fish school algorithmon the basis of the abstract mathematical model, uses the algorithm to calculate the testdata, and compares the calculation with the result calculated by Lingo to verify thereliability and validity of the designed algorithm, and analyzes the factors which impact thenetwork cost. Finally, this paper confirms that the Artificial Fish algorithm could solveLarge-scale situation through work out a large network which has about20nodes.
