Study On Optimization Of Marine Crude Oil Transportation Network In China

With the sustained development of our national economy,our country presents the situation that the swift growth of the petroleum demand.At present,our country has become the second big petroleum demand country of consumption,which is only inferior to US.However,output of crude oil in our country can hardly satisfy the aggregate demand day by day.The huge gap between supply and demand can only make up through the import.Since 1993,our country has become the petroleum importing country.Then become the crude oil net importing country in 1996.In 2006, the volume of crude oil imported amounted to 145,000,000 tons.But according to the correlation data forecast,by 2010,the degree of dependency of importing the crude oil in our country will promote to 40%,from 30%in the end of last century.The volume of importing will amount to 170,000,000 tons.By 2020,it will amount to above 200,000,000 tons.But more than 90 percent of the crude oil transportation is through the sea,the major of which is from the Middle East,the West Africa and some other long route transportation.As one of the largest marine transportation commodities,the crude oil has the characteristics of huge physical distribution network,various commodity assortment and complex transportation system and so on. As the idea of logistics deepening today,it is imperative to do researches on the planning of the international and domestic marine petroleum transportation network.Based on the methods of qualitative and quota,through studies on the domestic and foreign literature and investigation on the related enterprise massively,the present paper conducts the deep research to the above question,with methods of logistics system.The paper has first analyzed the present situation of our country marine transportation of crude oil import and export.And then it analyzed marine transportation network structure and characteristic.Take the theory of scientific logistics and the massive collection correlation data as the foundation,the paper has established the model of the smallest cost of the entire network transportation system. And the model is carried out by the software of matlab 7.1 and lingo8.0.The reasonable route layout is optimized through the model.With the effective forecast method and the optimized model,the marine transportation crude oil network is planned in the future several years.The plan and strategic development suggestion is proposed finally.The aims of this paper is that it can provide some theoretical reference instruction and valuable policy-making basis on the crude oil transportation for the policy-maker in our country.
