With the acceleration of the global economic integration and the international economic activity becoming more and more frequent, Port as a national window opening to the outside world has an increasingly important role. The development and enhancement of port logistics function, and the establishment of port logistics function assessment have a great significance to the international economic development.The study of this paper is based on port logistics function and advances several countermeasures and suggestions of the port logistics development. Based on the port and logistics related concepts and theories, and from the perspective of the port logistics function, Port logistics function synthesis judgment model is established with the combustion of AHP and fuzzy synthesis judgment. The port logistics function synthesis judgment index system is established using the assessment theory and entropy selection. It will provide an important reference and programmers for the development of domestic port logistics.The structure of this paper is as follows:Firstly, it briefly introduces the study status of domestic logistics and expounds the concept and meaning of port and logistics and analyses several major function of the Port logistics. Secondly, it briefly analyses the port logistics assessment elements and takes related data collection and survey. According to port logistics function assessment methods, it establishes port logistics the initial function synthesis judgment index system. Thirdly, the final port logistics function synthesis judgment index system is established using entropy selection method assesses the factors and filtering minor port logistics function assessment factors. Fourth, Port logistics function synthesis judgment model is established using AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally, taking Qingdao port and Yantai port as an example, According to the results of port logistics function comprehensive evaluation, it gives measures and recommendations on how to develop and plan the port logistics.
