| This paper studies the per capita net income of rural residents of 10-year period in 18 cities of Henan province. Under the conditions of physical geography division in the district and income levels, using three kinds of evaluation index system to compare different periods, different regions of Henan farmers per capita net income data, analysis the regional differences of the farmer's income in Henan, analysis the changes in the income of peasants on the trend, structural characteristics and income growth strong point of change in Henan Province. Author using the following indicators system to study: 1) Extreme index system through the income of rural residents in Henan reflect the relative and absolute fluctuation range. 2) Through the standard deviation and coefficient of variation weighted system to reflect income of rural residents in Henan Province in the gap between the relative and absolute gap between the gap between the status and trends of change. 3) Theil index system through the income of rural residents in Henan gap decomposition, reveals the gap between income of rural residents in the dominant factor. As the gap between income of rural residents in the causes are many, the papers used the relative gap between the absolute gap with the two-level analysis, static analysis and comparison of static analysis of the integration of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of a combination of methods, in order to accurately reflect the comprehensive Theme. Study reached the following conclusions: Regardless of income or geographical areas, while the use of three kinds of indicators evaluation system to calculate the income of peasants in Henan changes in trends and regional differences in the results are consistent, that is, the income of peasants in Henan regional differences in economic growth in the process of growing and this difference is mainly from the difference between the various regions of the composition. The authors suggest to take policy measures to reduce the income of the farmers regional differences in the growth rate and to reduce income differences between the main group. For the rural areas of Henan, especially the low-income regional farmers increase income and reduce regional income differences and achieve coordinated development around the city to provide a reliable basis. |
