Because of the development of the SHTAR science and technology corporationShandong, it is important for it to improve it's management level and to have a high-qualityteam to win the market. But now, there are many problems in it's remuneration system, andthis has seriously affected the working enthusiasm of the staff, so researching and working outthese problems is immediate.Today, in the era of knowledge economy, competition in the market ultimately is thecompetition of talent. If the reasonable salary system can play a full role, then the enterprisecan attract and remain a lot of talent. After all, the issue on salaries and related incomedistribution is one of the greatest concern whether in our country and in other market economycountries no matter at the macro or the micro level.It is very important to establish a scientific and reasonable remuneration system bothcompetitive and fair according with it's own characteristics through investigating, researching,and analyzing these problems, and this can help the enterprise with far-reaching development.In this paper, there are many methods used, such as questionnaire survey, individualinterviews, access to research literature and system analysis method. Starting with the basictheory of remuneration and theory of designing remuneration system, this paper firstanalyzes the existing remuneration of the SHTAR science and technology corporation andfinds it's shortcomings; at the same time this paper generally analyzes remuneration system ofthe related business which has been researched; and then, according to theory of designingremuneration, this paper finally designs a remuneration system which includes basic pay,performance pay, seniority pay, and benefits for SHTAR science and technology corporation,meanwhile this paper puts forward some management systems to guarantee theimplementation of the remuneration system; at last, this paper gives a simple summary of the achievement and problems in the course of this work..
