In the21st century, high-tech industries have developed rapidly; the competition between high-tech enterprises is also increasingly fierce. Human resources as an important strategic resources of high-tech company has become the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises and make every effort to access, protection, development, utilization of human resources has become an important task of high-tech enterprises. As an active practitioner of the policy of Hunan enterprise-university-research institute-market, Hunan CSU Yeshine Science and Technology Corporation developed rapidly since it established, while obtained the excellent results of product development, company performance and other aspects, management issues have been exposed, and the salary system is the most important problem that need to be first solved.This paper takes Hunan Yeshine Science and Technology Corporation’s currently salary system as object of study. Through investigation, this paper anatomizes the conditions of the Hunan Yeshine Science and Technology Corporation’s current compensation system. Following the principle and the procedure of salary system design, combined with the corporation’s development strategy and the real situation, the author improved the salary system of Hunan CSU Yeshine Science and Technology Corporation.To solve problems about core staff and general staff salary disparities, marketing staff salary structure is lack of incentive, lack of pay adjustment mechanism and salary transparency mismanagement, less competitive pay levels, pay programs lack of fairness and so on, the level of the company’pay system was located in the flexible pay compensation strategy, then the salary system was improved by design the pay structure, pay standards and pay adjustment mechanism under the wide band salary idea. Though the improved salary system has the characteristics of strong pertinence, rational and scientific, competitive and fair, it still may encounter problems while implementing the plan. So some advice were given to keep the system run efficiency, such as the leader must pay enough attention, establish a system that match to the pay system, monitor and feedback the implementation of pay system for further adjustments.This paper analyzed and improved the Hunan Yeshine Science and Technology Corporation’s currently salary system by using salary system theories and questionnaire survey. While laid the foundation of the company for further development, the system could give some advices on pay system management to the high-tech enterprise too.
