On the basis of establishing the Evaluation System of network organization's competitiveness, the thesis adopted AHP to confirm the weight of every index by collecting related datas. ; Then after comparing a variety of existing evaluation methods of competitiveness, the thesis finally chose fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the competitiveness of network organizations.The thesis overcame the shortcomings of fuzziness and no-comparison in the past evaluation methods and try to get quantitative data. Therefore, the index system establishes in the thesis not only can reflect the information of the enterprise competitiveness inside the network organization but also the comprehensive information of the entire network organization.The thesis' finding can evaluate the competitiveness of both a single network organization and many of them, carry on the crosswise comparison and clear about the deficiency to carry on the consummation. The evaluation index system of network organization established in the thesis can evaluate the real condition of the network organization competitiveness and have the actual value to strengthen the competitive ability of the network organization.
