Based on the analysis of previous studies the competitiveness of the enterprise level based on the theory, summed up the competitiveness of enterprises in terms of their theory: the cost-price advantage, technological advantage, R & D advantages, market advantages and scale advantages. And the basis of this theory to build our model. This model is the use of AHP to the competitiveness of enterprises as the highest goal, the middle-layer design of five sub-indicators.Enterprises in Xinjiang as an example and then do a case study in order to work out of this paper to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in Xinjiang's path: the management of invovation, technological R & D, human capital development and strengthen the capacity of corporate marketing. |
