The Study Of The Financial Support In The New Socialist Countryside Constrution

Building a new socialist countryside is a major historic task in China's modernization process. Building a new socialist countryside, require substantial capital investment, financial services in rural areas is undoubtedly one of the major component. This paper analyzes the situation of change of demand and insuffieiency of supply of rural fianance in Feicheng area.Based on forenamed economic altheories,we find and judge the factors affecting the demand changing and supply in sufficiency of rural fianance by particular analyzing the capital operation and management in Feicheng rural area,then we try to find out the reasons of the current difficulties of the rural financial support and make recommendations for the problems.At present,the rural finance meets with many problems.There are limitations in rural financial organizations,the state commercial banks withdraw their rural sub-brancher;the Rural Credit Cooperatives'assets are poor;the Agricultural Development Bank cuts its policy service;the post Savings is allowed to take deposits but not to creding. The backwardness of the rural financial development has seriously hampered the development of rural economy and rural construction.The reason for these existence prolems is that the finance authority paid insufficient attention to the development of the rural finance in the financial reform and neglect the urgency of the rural financial reform.State-owned commercial banks too much emphasis on self-effective and immediate interests, neglect of the service functions of the rural economy.Rural economic has become the victims of the reform of state-owned commercial banks.All in all ,to achieve the grand objective of building a well-off society, it is necessary for us to reform and improve the investment and finaneing system to creat a diversified supply system in the rural areas to promote the development of agrieulture,maintain the stability in agrieulture and increase the farmers'income. Thus,the research on how to really solve the contradietion between supply and demand of rural finance and how to build a scientific rural financial system becomes an important subject.
