Our market especially the securities market is lack of the mechanism of avoiding risks, and many RMB products were invented by other countries, so the right of making a price for RMB product has been robbed by these countries. Therefore, to consummate our country's financial derivative securities market has become a very important job to us.It will be a big project to consummate our country's financial derivatives securities markets. It needs plenty of qualifications. Because of this, we studied the conditions of other country's financial derivative securities market, and we also summarized the experience of their development. We hope this kind of study can help the development of our country's financial derivative securities market.In this article, we have three parts. At first we introduce the basic concepts of Financial Derivatives. And in the second part, we summarize the experience of other Financial Derivative Securities Markets, and based on this, we analyze the obligatory conditions for our country's Financial Derivative Securities Market, and we try to find the suitable mode and sequences for our market's development. In particular, our government must work well. At the last section of this part, we talked about the risk management. It uses the method with qualitative analysis. Through analysis and comparison with other countries' developing experience, we hope we can find the path which suits our country. Trough studying, we tried to find the path of developing our country's Financial Derivative Securities Market which suits China well.
