Research On Anti-dumping Issues Of China's Chemical Imports

Dumping phenomenon has been a long time in the history of our country, after China joins the WTO, along with the reduction of tariff and non-tariff barriers, the domestic market will be more open, more and more foreign chemical enterprises occupy China's market by dumping. This paper attempts to analysis anti-dumping issues of China's chemical imports, anti-dumping measures's implementation while protects the home industry, also harms the downstream industry and consumer's benefit, thus has provided some suggestions for anti-dumping .
